KUNDALINI YOGA CLASSES ARE FOR ALL LEVELS

Classes always include a Kriya (physical practice), Savasana (deep rest) and Meditation. The class generally takes 90 minutes with additional time for tea and to connect with each other following the class or for you to meet me and ask me any questions.

How long are the classes?

I hold space for two hours. Classes run for an hour and a half and after our practice I invite you to freshly made yogi tea.

What to bring:

Your yoga mat, water and maybe a favourite blanket or shawl. Everything else is provided for you. I have a few spare yoga mats available if you don't have one or forget yours.  

WHAT TO EXPECT & BRING

Kundalini Yoga is the Yoga of Awareness and it’s all about going deeply within.

 

Each class will cultivate a greater awareness as we share and add to an incredible group energy. 

These classes teach us how to keep our bodies strong and healthy, our minds content and crystal clear and our spirits inspired and uplifted. We learn to shift ourselves from a noisy mind to a beautiful mind that works for us and not against us.

Who are they for?

ANYONE can practice this yoga, at ANY age, ANY fitness level, and ANY body type. It is for people who are feeling the pull to expand in a profound up-levelling. It is for seekers who want to engage in a creative, intelligent practice and explore the ecstatic elements that are Kundalini Yoga.
